Lunch Outside

If only I had the energy to hold a beautiful Sunday lunch just like this one. I adore the concept of the floor rug on the grass and all of that wonderful upholstered furniture outside...

lunch sounds great, but I think I would have to extend it to living outside permanently if the set up was this fantastic! Have a lovely weekend Anna xx

Its too perfect!

love this. We have been enjoying a few sundowners under the arbor recently as the British weather is turning unexpectedly clement.

Yes, I love this setting - especially the view.
I have luncheon parties like this in "my head" but can't seem to get them put together. Just tried last month and several of my friends were busy on the "date" I had planned. Can't seem to get it going again......My friend and I both laugh and say we have lots of parties in our head.....but they can't seem to come to life. Too, too busy to do much entertaining.....
Love your blog -
Retha

I love the old wood table! It's so charming. And the photo definitely reminds me of the huge family gatherings we had back when I was younger.
