I just received my copy of the latest Vogue Living edited by guest editor Catherine Martin {thanks for the heads up Amanda}. I am so excited about this issue. I have been trying not to open it up all day so that I can enjoy it without interuption tonight but it just keeps on beckoning me as it sits beside me on my desk. I think it's going to be one of the best issues of late.

Dear Anna:
You are fabulous and so right on with your thoughts of what is inspirational. Because of you I am working on a blog and hope that you will enjoy something that I have been a part of for 22 years. My shop, Robin's Egg Blue was an inspiration to so many and I do miss it so much. I will be sharing shop photos, interior design projects, pictures from many of the events that I am still a part of and enjoy so much.
I have also been photographing many part of my home to share when everything gets in order.
Thanks for your inspriration which is purely why I decided to start my own blog. I hope to share it soon.

Oh, the cover alone is gorgeous!! I missed making it to the newsagency tonight, I'll have to grab a copy tomorrow. I did pickup a copy of the new Country Style at the supermarket though. There's a beautiful fabric headboard that I absolutely love!
Oh gosh, that is one edition I would love to grab. I've just seen some of her wallpaper designs, and I'm going mad crazy deciding where I could put it in my house!
I hope you've cracked it open, and are enjoying it thoroughly.

Hi Anna,
I havent opened my copy yet either - did you know there are actually 4 different versions - one features teal (which I am also very into at the moment) my subscribed copy is the gold and red, its gorgeous but I think I might end up purchasing the bronze & teal as well...hope you enjoy! Amanda recommended your blog and I am glad she did, it is lovely and inspiring - stop by and visit sometime ispywithmydesigneye.blogspot.com
What a great cover!
Oh I totally agree Anna - very excited when I saw it sitting in my letter box (amongst all the bills!) - think that will be my little weekend luxury, reading it cover to cover! x
I have posted about magazines, see my blog, I love the suspense, the joy of opening and reading, the clipping... I try to make it special, because I have so little time to do so!
I can guarantee it is. I spent hours for the first time in ages devouring mine last weekend. Best issue in a while I think. Enjoy!
hey anna, i was one of those who couldn't resist a 'flick-through',which ended up taking a couple of hours out of my day (monday is my day off, after all!) and posted about my favourite page on tuesday. full of french-flavoured inspiration...loving it!

I got my copy today. Is it bad that I am contemplating purchasing all four just for the covers?????
Hi Sharnell - I am thinking the same (see my post on the subject! http://ispywithmydesigneye.blogspot.com/2009/04/vogue-living-has-its-first-ever-guest.html
I think I will indulge in the bronze one - but I have to find it first
Your post of this glorious cover prompted me to go out and buy a copy yesterday and I never buy Vogue living!
It has such a luxurious and sophisticated feel. Am I grown up enough for it?!
What a gorgeous cover! I love reading your blog. Thank you!
That cover is amazing!
Great cover! I'm going to rush out and buy it too, based on your recommendation and cover shot! I don't usually buy it either!
Ohhh it really is a gorgeous cover!
Does anyone know where I could purchase a print of her amazing designs?
Im an Aussie living in Ireland and Im terribly homesick. A big gorgeous print of some pink cockatoos would be wonderful!
Thanks in advance xx
