I know you are all probably getting really, really bored of seeing the pictures of my new house so I promise this post will be the last one for a while but I had to show you my dining room. As we have moved into a smaller house due to moving into the city the one concern I originally had was where I was going to hang all of my paintings. After much thought, I decided to hang alot of them wall to wall and ceiling to floor in my dining room and I am so happy with the outcome even though it did take alot of planning as to the layout. It has created a very interesting look and feel in the room. I can't wait to have my first dinner party in there.

That looks amazing, I just love it! Well done. Don't worry about thinking you bore us with your photos - keep 'em coming!!
Speechless Anna. Just too perfect.
Definitely not boring Anna- it looks gorgeous! I'm so envious of your art collection!
I love this.....I have always struggled with how to display our ever expanding art collection.....fabulous!
Anna, it's possible for you to change your commenting options so that people without blogger accounts can log in and link blogs like typepad. I have a blogger account, but that is family news. My design web page is another account. www.lisateague.com
Oh I love it!~

This is beautiful!
I especially love how you hung the art!

I love the way you have hung your artwork. It makes for such an interesting room. Well done. I wished I lived closer to come for that first dinner party!
NO I LOVE seeing the photos of your new home. Keep them coming!
There is usually SO much wall space wasted in rooms that could be used for displays. I live in an apt. with 10' ceilings, and I take my hangings all the way up. It's a wonderful "surrounded by art" feeling in the room.
You did a great job with your arrangment. For sure I am never bored with seeing people's decorating ideas.
Anna - it's wonderful!
What a wonderful art collection! This is a truly beautiful, well thought-out room. Keep the pics coming!
i am usually skeptical of the picture groupings look but this looks amazing! organic and balanced and beautiful!!
I love it! This is one of those things I would never be able to do in my own home because i'm so crazy about matching and balance that I'd end up going insane before I actually finished. But, you have definitely pulled it off! Nicely done.
I'm not ever bored with your posts!! I really like the way you have organized your art...I do not like the so called cluster/overlapping effect...it does not dance on my eyes. This however is wonderful. The art is really showcased.
Anna I am in awe of your dinning room!! It is just stunnung!!!! I'd love to see more photos of the art work and her about the stories behind the finds!! Love it!!
LOVE this look! So chic and so great to see all your things in a whole new setting. Great job Anna.
love the paintings- they look terrific all together! your hard work laying them out really paid off!
Oh wow. Can I just tell you how impressive it is that you have done soooo much in such a short time? The mark of a true decorator....we've been in our house for over 3 years and I can't seem to get it right!
Anna!
I will never get tired of your house photos! Please never stop posting your wonderful rooms! Your art arrangement is wonderful and I love the white backround with the punches of color everywhere. Bravo! :)
I'm not bored, i love how you've added a settee to the dining area, is that a settee? looks like one..

There is nothing boring about seeing what you've done already. It's quite impressive.
Anna, please keep the pics coming, it looks gorgeous! I love your art collection (I see you have more than one Bromley!) and I love the idea of using a love seat as banquette seating, I've been thinking the same thing for a while now...

I love you dining room. It looks so fresh and personal! I love the banquette style seating also. Just lovely!
Anna, you have AMAZING taste. I absolutely love your decorating style and will never tire of seeing photos of your work- esp your house! Infact I'm pretty certain that they leave most of us thirsty for more!
Can you tell us where you find all of your beautiful artwork?
Anna, I love your site and it's such fun to check out your new home as it evolves! One question: that fabulous butterfly artwork in your dining room... would you mind sharing where you purchased it, or which artist created it? I would LOVE something like that for my living room. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Hi Pickle Girl - the moth painting you are enquiring about is by Allyson Reynolds - her work can be viewed online at the Doggett Street Art Gallery in Brisbane. Thanks for your kind comments!
