- I am an Interior Designer in Brisbane Australia and I have started this blog as a record of all the beautiful things I find which inspire me and also as a record of work I have done and displays we have created in my shop Black & Spiro. My style is to mix vintage treasures with modern pieces to create an individual look for my clients and my shop. I hope this site is also an inspiration to all that continue to visit it.

I love the bedroom. I was thinking of doing the exact same thing to my bedroom. I'm choosing a dove gray for the floor and a white for the walls..haven't decided on the exact "white" tone yet though.

My favorite is the first. Just don't tell my husband or nephew. Our first camping experience was rather unusual... we had dinner delivered to the campsite... not sure if I want to "rough it" again, though!

Its such a great magazine. I believe since the new editor is younger, the way shes refreshed the magazine is smart. Its not what many people expect.

I very nearly bought a tent like this for my girls this weekend at Jackson and Madeline - talked myself out if it, for the second time. I do adore them...
Is it possible to transport me inside that first picture please? Because it looks like heaven right now.
That tent is utterly gorgeous. With the tree and the sun, it seems magical. What great inspiration!
They're all lovely, but the first one is special because it reminds me of my childhood (I was very much into playing indians and building tents). And the last photo is great - the colours are perfect!
