Hello Again

Hello!  I'm back again.  I thought you might like to see some photos of a beautiful family home I've been working on for the past year or two.  As I say to my clients - homes decorated over time always end up being the most beautiful.  This house is one of those houses which we have added layer upon layer and to be honest, I could work for these clients for the rest of my life.  They are always so happy and kind and thrilled with the things I do for them.  It really is an honour to have helped them turn their house into a home which is filled with very special things they love and cherish.

This is their sitting room.

This is their family room and dining area.

And below is a snapshot of the main bedroom.

Next stage is redecorating their son's bedroom and the upstairs sitting room and study nook which we will take our time to work through.  Slowly but surely is definitely the way!!

I'm in love with the family room and its amazing colour combinations. This room speaks volumes about the person who lives there.

It that a bone inlay coffee table?

Love the way they have embraced color inthis home and that gallery wall is one of the best I have seen. I think they need a "Happy Chair" somewhere upstairs!!

First of all I gasped at that palm print fabric, and then I marvelled at all the layering of colours and prints, I love it, that sort of things is just beyond me.

Hi Cat, yes the sofa is purple velvet and it is contrast piped in green velvet although it looks white in the pictures I posted!!

Thanks for your comment.

The family room is beyond lovely! Just delightful! You work wonders with patterns and colors.

Pipped on green velvet? Brilliant of course. The ottoman fabric, so informal, is so unexpected. One more question though, is the inlay coffee table grey or lavender? And was the coffee table a special order. I have seen lots of dressers and side tables but never an inlay coffee table like that!
