Did you embrace the wonderful weather here in Brisbane today? Wasn't it a beautiful day? We had a very lazy day at home. The sort of day that starts with the Sunday papers spread all over the bed and it didn't get much busier than a bit of weeding and watering in the garden. Max spent alot of time running through the sprinkler and we spent alot of time just sitting and enjoying the spectacular day. What did you get up to today?
PS. I love that bedroom above with the amazing bookcase...so beautiful!!

Saturday in Perth was gorgeous and sunny perfect for sleep in and a bit of shopping. Sunday on the otherhand was stormy and rainy perfect for a sunday roast and sitting by the heater! Happy weekend to you have a fabulous week :)
Anna,
as always you find just the right words and images every day of the week, but I always love how your weekends just seem to be lazy and posh.
Meals, lying in and gardening. That is what you do, right. Chasing your boys too, I bet.

Wow! There is so pretty...
Hi Anna, I agree with you- that bedroom is so fabulous and super cosy. There is nothing like a nice relaxing weekend with the papers.here on the other side of the world we have autumn breezing in, with gorgeous colours on all the trees, so we will have a lovely walk with the dogs in between showers...and then when it is really bucketing down again later on, I hope to find the time for a quick project - overhauling an old cupboard for some extra storage in my workroom.I am thinking..Apple Green from Farrow and Ball, with maybe blue and white ticking inside, and some painted roses on the doors and drawers..:-)) have a great Sunday!!

Pretty much nothing, is what was going on here this weekend.... A long walk with my dad and Oscar, the dog, in misty rainy weather, though not cold... Wandering the garden with my mother this afternoon, and now... Reading up on the blog roll! Hot cup of tea by my side, couldnt really ask for a netter lady vacation weekend, except for the fact that my husband had to go back home ahead of mé....
The pictures remind me of a book by Australian author/artist. My sister offered me a copy for my birthday and I just love it!

I'm trying to build up my network, so if you'd be so kind, I'd love you to follow me.
Ours was gorgeous here in Colorado, too. Sunny but slightly cool, leisurely yet accomplished. (:
Great pictures but really love the note
Weekend must have been feeling gracious - it was beautiful here in Kansas as well. We had some lovely rain, windows were opened, cuddles with babies were had...Does it get any better?
Yes,

Ever so grateful to ya, ever so grateful. I'm happy to handle anything tomorrow now, anything at all!

Now that I am a Stay at Home Parent, my entire Life is a weekend. Which suits me 11/10. So excited re our Hatched Plans. And dying to see your garden x
My oldest would be in heaven with a room like that. She loves to lay in bed with a good book. I truly believe we would never see her if we had a room in our house like that:) Love it!
She is our Belle from Beauty in the Beast:)
Is that Jean Shrimpton eating breakfast in her bed?
Doesn't the week seem so much better when you have such a great weekend...feeling rest, relaxed, and refurbished?? I love your first pictures, so fabulous and the bookcase is really unique in the middle image! Hope you have a wonderful weekend xoxo http://twirlingclare.blogspot.com/
