I brought Ned into work today in an attempt to cheer myself up. His favourite spot in the entire store was sitting in the front window next to our beautiful new curtains watching the traffic and passers-by. I couldn't resist snapping this photo above.

Oh god you're game Anna - I would be worried he's bowl over all your nice ginger jars and vases and lamps! What a good little boy he is.
What a beautiful picture! I totaly love dogs and this darling...so cute!!
Ned has grown so large!!
Be still, my heart ~ oh, he's really growing up, isn't he! Did many people drop in especially to give him a pat? Hope you feel better, Anna.
I LOVE Him!!
He looks like such a beautiful, healthy and happy boy!! very much loved!
He's a lovely boy and a nice addition to the shop window!
That shot is just gorgeous!
Oh Ned, now I really want to come to Australia just to meet you. Your happiness in that window is just too cute for words!
ADORABLE.
Hope you are feeling better soon. I'm just getting over a summer cold too (kids as well). It's horrible being sick in this heat and humidity!

Gawsh they grow up so quickly, don't they :) Btw loving the curtains....
Gorgeous ... gorgeous! Oh, how I love a shop with a puppy to pat! I bet he cheered you up better than anyone else could xx
What a pretty dog! The curtains aren't bad either ;)
I bet he cheered everyone up! Adorable.
Love this photo of your pooch in the shop. I've tried in vain to bring my little Bumbee (mini-dacshund) to my shop but she is so territorial that she barks at all the shoppers. Sadly, she has been banned. When I first opened my shop 4 years ago, I brought my cat to the shop. She got so freaked out she climbed into the heating duct and sat there for 2 days.
I always encourage my customers to bring their dogs in, even offering a discount (Mutt Mondays). I think it's nice to have pets around at work.

that fabric on the curtains looks like the one of Manuel Canovas and is gorgeous.
Awwww, good to see Ned! He pulls on my heart strings every time :)
Haha you're lucky I can't come to your store, I'd totally buy Ned!
What a beautiful dog Ned is. I also have a golden named Nelson. Such wonderful dogs they are, they certainly will brighten anyones day.
Just darling! Hope your day turned out to be a good one! xo
He's adorable! I love it.
I just happened upon your blog, and I'm so glad I did. I just love it all! And how cute is little (or not so little) Ned in the window!
Ned is such a beautiful dog. He is growing like crazy! I was shocked to see him so big already.
Anna, Happy Holidays to you and your family. May your next year at the store be a great one. Julie in Holland.... :)
So cute! Hope you're feeling better.
Well, doesn't he just look like he's keeping a proper eye on things. Next best thing to having a Helpful Cat is having a Useful Dog! Thank you so much for all the absolutely beautiful things on your blog - it provides much needed cheer and inspiration here in gloomy rainy old england
Ned looks like such a love bug! He is so cute in the window. I always think that shops that have a resident animal are so much more inviting and welcoming. Your window is gorgeous even without Ned in it! The drapes are to die for.
awwwww how sweet!! Who wouldn't stop in.. if just to see him.
awwwww! so sweet!
Absolutely adorable!
Are you O.K. Anna ?
Guess he didn't want to miss a trick! He's adorable.
He's part of the window display now! What a great 'model', he's a beauty:)
Oh, he has grown up!!!
Fits in nicely with the merry and bright view!

Well isn't that just the best and cutest Christmas window ever! Ned is so adorable and he is growing!!
xx
Oh Ned has grown so much!
Isn't he growing so fast Anna! Son #5's Border Collie pup the gorgeous Miss Tassie is the same age as your Ned. She is a bundle of mischief & delight. If we were closer I'd set up a play-date for the 2 of them, although I think we'd all be exhausted after an hour! Hope you are on the mend.
Millie ^_^
