It looks very much like a painting by the Finnish artist Helene Schjerfbeck, who lived and worked before the painter mentioned above. Very similar. I wonder if perhaps the painter took inspiration from Schjerbeck. It looks to be a Scandinavian name on that eBay painting - Sunqvist sounds Swedish.
