I recently finished this little nursery for baby Ben. The brief from my client (Ben's mum) was "create something really simple and natural". This is what I created.

It's so adorable. It is simple and natural, but you balanced it so well with all the wonderful children's artwork and displays. I especially love the blue word print. Love your work!
I love the natural hues and fibers in this nursery! It's very tranquil! Something I'll have to keep for inspiration when it comes time for me to start my family! By the way, love your blog!
I adore this room. If I were a baby, or a new mom, I would find this very calming. I would have never thought to do a baby's room in neutrals. You and the mom are brilliant.
This is such lovely work! I am so tired of seeing gaudy, over-the-top nurseries (though they are so fun...), but this is restrained and just wonderful!!!!!

Oh, wow - a big thank you to everyone for your very kind comments. A few of you have asked me about the chair. This is a chair I had custom made for the client to my design and specification. These chairs are becoming a signature of mine as most of the houses I am doing these days gets at least one chair which is contrast piped with a special embroidered motif on the inside back panel.
