I just couldn't help posting these absolutely beautiful paintings by famed textile designer & artist Kaffe Fassett which one of my clients emailed me last night which she saw over at Felicity's blog All Things Bright & Beautiful. I first saw Kaffe's work in a range of fabrics which he designed for Designers Guild a few years ago. It was always one of my favourite Designers Guild collections. BTW - This is Glamorous is responsible for THIS fantastic post as she was guest posting at All Things Bright & Beautiful this week!!

Thanks for posting these beautiful photos of Kaffe's work. I already have a couple of these in my favorite photo collection, but there are laso some I have not yet seen. His use of color is amazing, isn't it?

Hello Anna--thanks for the mention. I had no idea that Kaffe's work would resonate with so many people, although I might have guessed . . . I remember the first time I came across his paintings and was stunned by their bright, delicate beauty.
