For a bit of fun we picked up some I love NY tote bags when we were in NYC a few weeks ago to make into cushions for the shop. We selected a few different fabrics to put onto the backs of them. We only have 3 left...we should have bought more!
Oh I love them... And I too love NY. My husband and I lived there for two years (1997-1999) before kids! Funny how I now love those kinds of things more than when I lived there. I guess I thought they were too touristy when I lived daily with this visual. Great idea making them into cushions (adore the piping) Pruxxx
You really did have a lovely NY trip and I love seeing remnants from your stay appear here on your blog and in your shop. I think I need to send a care package of "I love NY" souvenirs. I always love sending bits of NY in an artfully packaged fashion. pve
Thanks everyone! I don't think I'm genius! They are just cushions but they are lots of fun and remind me of our lovely time in New York...gosh that place is under my skin!
Love that pillow - and love New York! :-)
