Today I Love...

I stumbled across this gorgeous image on Decorno this morning which was originally posted by Abbey at Abbey Goes Design Scouting. Wonderful scouting Abbey! I love everything about this room from the beautiful portrait to that gorgeous green fabric on the French chair. This is such a fresh and pretty look which I am completely and utterly in Love with!!! Anyone know what the fabric on the French chair is? I'm thinking it is probably something vintage.

  1. I adore that painting too - makes the picture, along with the green fabric and the white slips. Adore the coffee table too. The only thing I would change is the wood frame. Wouldn't it be fabulous painted white or pink?

I absolutely love that chair. Wow...so fresh and fun. That green is one of my favorite colors right now. My cell phone is even that color! I can't seem to get enough of it.

  9. the first thing that captured my attention was the painting.

The chair would look better if the wood was painted white.

  18. The green chair is definitely the star of the room. It does look like it would be vintage fabric doesn't it?

  19. Not that this helps, but the living room captured was featured in 2006 November BHG. It's the home of Anne Grubb and she found the green floral armchair "as is". Anne says her home is full of an eclectic range of finds from "garage and estate sales, antiques and junk markets, retail catalogs, and an occasional roadside cast-off."
