And just in case I didn't share enough of Nanette's beautiful work yesterday, I thought I would post these last two pretty flower arrangements she did. After seeing what she does with Banksia and gum nuts she has inspired me to find some Australian native flowers of my own this weekend!! Happy Friday and Happy Weekend!

Does everything she touch turn into beauty? Wow! Simply pretty!
ReplyDeleteOh these are so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend!!
Happy Friday to you too!

Same to you too Anna love the bottles, its crazy how years ago they were all thrown out of homes & now we are all wanting them :)
ReplyDeleteI love using unorthodox pieces for vases so the first image is right up my alley. I currently have a tall vintage bar glass (with cocktail recipes down the sides in white) holding a great gaggle of lime spider mums.
ReplyDeleteHave a girly twirl of a weekend Anna & Hailey would like to know how's Ned & did he get his new collar????
So beautiful! So creative!
ReplyDeleteOooh, nasturtiums! They take me back to school holidays at my Granny's where I'd spend hours in the garden with her, marvelling at the marble effect of water in the leaves. Love your Friday flowers!
ReplyDeleteThanks again Anna, I wish you a weekend filled with sunshine and big, bunches of scarlet gum blossoms.

These flowers are lovely...I especially love yesterdays post. I was wondering what the pink flowers are in the second picture. Are they indigenous to Australia? Dying to know..Have a wonderful weekend!

ReplyDeleteJust scrolling down briefly, your photos are so amazing and beautiful! It looks like we have the exact same taste as far as decorating and "beautiful things" goes. I will come here for inspiration. Thanks!

I'm a huge fan of nasturtiums... they are great on the plate, in a salad, plonked in a vase, as a drawing subject...
ReplyDeleteYour image is just lovely!
I think the nasturtiums in the vintage bottle are terrific!
