I wish I had a garden full of fresh flowers so that I could race outside and pick some to arrange in a little vase but I don't. It's Winter, it's cold and I just didn't make it to the flower shop this afternoon. Maybe I could go to the flower shop in the morning or maybe I might be able to get some more fresh Wattle from the tree flowering down in the park. Yes, I think that's a plan for the morning after taking Harry to breakfast...
Have a fantastic weekend. See you next week...
xx

Hello,
ReplyDeleteI just discovered your blog today and I promptly added it to the blogs I follow. It is just beautiful.
And I agree about wishing for a garden. It is summertime where I live in Portland, Oregon USA, but I live in an apartment and alas am sans flowers of my own.
Thank you for the beautiful blog - I look forward to keeping up with it!
In Norway (where I sit and enjoy reading your blog) the peones have just faded and the roses have starting to bloom. Summer is at its peak. To think it is winter on your side of the world....
ReplyDeleteEvery season has its beauty, and winter can be lovely too. (Especially when there is a flower shop nearby to brighten the days.)
I set the alarm early this morning so I would go to the markets to get fresh flowers but when the alarm went off I just rolled over and went back to sleep!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely morning with Harry, actually it might be a good plan to set lily and Harry up! and then grannies can go market shopping with them xx
Blessings to you for the weekend. I wish I could share some Georgia heat with you...I am ready for winter!
ReplyDeleteme too. but not because it's winter, because I don't have a garden ...or a yard for that matter. oh ....soon :)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend Anna.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget your wattle
