What great images! I have a soft spot for the fashion of that era. My grandmother used to have the most amazing hats from the 50s and 60s that she had held on to (with a pair of matching gloves and handbags for each.) And when I was really really good she let me play dress up with them.
I absolutely loved your home tour in apartment therapy!!!! What a beautiful job! It's great to show your signature style to all of us! Look forward to seeing more of your work!
Really I know some of your home pics have been circulating for a while but after I took the tour on Apartment Therapy I was reminded again how beautiful it is. I even had to look @ them twice today.
I think your blog is nice....love the reto...time passes so fast...I think I should of saved all my 70's clothes and it would be in at my grandkids school....plus I love pink...
I am working on a little something that involves vintage swimwear and just took a bloggy break to get inspired. How weird is that that I stumbled upon this post?! I'm still stumped (maybe because it's Friday?!) but I agree...these shots are gorge:)
What ever happened to those high-necked sweaters? I had a few from the 50s, but the silver fish got to them. Why aren't these sweaters back in style. They are so flattering.
Great photos! The bathing suits are so fab!
